Manor of Prospynnecke: court held at Pengwenna. (2)-(4) in court received from (1) himself the reversion of a tenement in the vill of Prospynneck, currently held by Eleanor, wife of (2) for term of her life; reserving to (1) all toll of tin and tin-works; for (2)-(4) to hold for term of their lives successively after the death, surrender or forfeiture of Eleanor. Rent 20s yearly at 4 terms, plus all other services. Entry fine £13 6s 8d. Signature of (1).
