Animals agisted in lord's wood; Thomas Geffre at law by 6 hands, that he does not detain a horse, value 13s 4d, from William Ude; heir of Bodrugan's fealty and suit of court respited because in lord's hands; Vivian Botreaux took an oak from the lord's land, claiming it was his land by grant of John Botreaux his kinsman; toll of tin in moor of Bossu; John Ude junior appointed reeve, and John Penstrasov tithingman.

 

c3. 6 men (named) to view repairs and defects in holding of Richard Abbas at Crukconer; pan, value 36s 8d, detained by William Jaket from Magot Pascov.

 

c6. Plea brought by Richard Drewy against John Ude, as in a bill (= c7 recto); inquiry whether Magot Pascov detains a pan, value 5 'nobill', from John Jaket; trespass by animals in lord's wood of Trelowith' (c7 repeats list of names of the trespassers, with an amount by each name).
