Property as above; except plot of ¾ acre on e. of road from Carnsew to Angarrack, near Hayle foundry, being part of barton of Trelissick, commonly called the timber plot, bounded on n. and e. with the road, a branch of the Hayle river, and stream called Penpoll water; on w. with road to Angarrack, on s. with Penpoll bridge, with licence for Geo. Grenfell to import coal and culm for carrying on a tin smelting house which it is intended to erect on said plot, for use of the smelting house.
