Nine acres arable in the field called "ye leygh" between land of Nicholas Hyde jun. on one side and land of Thomas Scheyte on the other side and stretching in length from land of Mabel Baker on either end, within the lordship of Ruardene.

 

To hold of the grantor and his heirs.

 

Rent: 4s. 8d. for all secular services saving royal service.
