This volume was deposited in August 1956 by Miss Marvin of Aislaby, it was transferred to the Library and Archives from the Shipping Wing in June 1981.

 

The Eagle was built in Whitby in 1778 and owned by John Brignell. She was re-registered in London in 1813.
