Nuncupative Will of Edward Halliday the younger of Warminster, dyer, [giving no details], 1685, with letters of administration granted to his father Edward Halliday and father-in-law John Hippie, granted P.C.C. 1686.

 

Release of dower by Mary Holliday [sic], widow of Edward Holliday of Warminster, gent., to John Holliday, son of Edward, 1702.

 

Probate copy of Will of Edmond Trobridge of Lypeate (Lippeat) in Kilmersdon, gent., mentioning wife Margaret, with bequests (including devise of lands in Kilmersdon), to various persons, including son-in-law John Halliday and his wife Mary (only child of testator), kinsman William Trobridge (son of Edmund Trobridge of Hutton, gent.) kinsman George Trobridge (brother of William), Edith Trobridge (daughter of brother Thos. Trobridge, deceased), and Elizabeth James (daughter of late brother-in-law Chris. Penny), 1710, proved Wells 1711. Inventory of the effects of Edmond Trowbridge, 1710/11.

Inventory of the effects of Margaret Trowbridge, 1731.
