Bequeaths land in ADD MSS/16,127 to Richard Clayton the younger his nephew, provided he pays to William's wife Mary £42 within 6 months of the devisee's death and the sum of 20 shillings quarterly. He bequeaths Minstrelles Wood in Billingshurst to his other nephew John Clayton.
