Indenture tripartite between feoffment to uses from George Chetham of Cleyton, esq., and Edward Chetham of Chetham, gentleman, to Edmund Hopwood of Hopwood, esq., Robert Hyde of Denton, esq., Richard Haworth of Manchester, esq., Nicholas Mosley of Ancoats, esq., John Lightbowne of Manchester, esq., Robert Booth, a Justice of the Common Pleas in Ireland, Francis Mosley of Collyhurst, gentleman, William Radley of Ouldfeild, gentleman, Richard Johnson, Fellow of the College of Christ in Manchester, John Tyldesley of Rumworth, clerk, James Marler, Thomas Minshull and James Lightbowne, all of Manchester, gentlemen, John Cunliffe of Hollins, gentleman, Ralph Worsley of Platt, gentleman, Alexander Norres and John Okey, both of Boulton in the Moores, gentlemen, and Ralph Brooke of Turton, yeoman, of the College or College House in Manchester, respecting the personal estate of the above Humphrey Chetham, deceased, and all debts, obligations, etc. appertaining to the same. March 18, 1661/2. With duplicate. Attached are (a) An Account of Mr. Humfrey Chetham's Executors, what they have received and paid, and what remaines of his personall estate in their hands. (b) Debts oweing to the Testator and yet unreceived.
