Lands and tenement in pa. More (late John Davies); tenement in Mucklewick pa. Hyssington Co. Salop (now Robert Brasenor) pasture land called Cay David pa. Hyssington Co. Montgomery (now John Bayley) except two rooms formerly occupied by John Davies, his widow Elizabeth to be free to live in them for one year. Also excluded Radley, a part of the Common in the manor of Linley where birches grow, timber, mines, minerals, quarries and rights to fell trees, mine and quarry.

Plus 2 fat fowls at Christmas p. a.
