Between Raphael Pemberton of Sopwell, St Peters, esq, and Mary his wife, daughter of Sir Richard Lee, kt, deceased, 1st, and Edward Greeves and Henry Comporte of St Peters, gentleman, 2nd, to levy a fine of the manor of Sopwell Bury and Newland and property in St Albans and St Peter's and St Stephen's, St Albans, including Selbarnes, Hedge, and the Cross Keys, and to declare its use.

Edward Greeves and Henry Comporte are to be seised of the property to the use of Mary Pemberton and her heirs, with reversion to the children of Edward Sadler and Ann his wife, sister of Mary Pemberton.
