(i) Thomas Smyth of Walsham.

 

(ii) Robert Cage of Pakenham, Katherine his wife, John Nunne of Drenxton' [Drinkstone] and John Hoo of Hesete [Hessett] their heirs and assigns.

 

DEED OF GIFT from (i) to (ii) of ½a. of meadow fit to mow with appurtenances in fee simple situate in Langham next the meadow of the prior and convent of Ixworth on the south and on the meadow of the heirs of John Badwell on the north one head abutting upon a pond to the east the other head abutting upon the lands formerly of John Carpenter called Canownnyshyll towards the west the which said ½a. with appurtenances (i) formerly held jointly with John Glover of Stanton. Clause of warranty and clause appointing John Hawys junior attorney to act for (i) to do livery of seisin.
