Evidences of title to (i) Premises bequeathed by Nathaniel Chandler of Campsey Ash, gent (will proved 15 Oct 1770), part to his wife Elizabeth for her life and part to trustees for son Nathaniel Keeble Chandler during his minority. An abstract states (page 10): 'This Nath. Keeble Chandler is the present vendor to Mr Thelusson' [see HB 441/B/3]. A counsel's opinion mentions (page 12) 'the difficulty, if not the utter Impossibility, of acertaining which part of the premises are freeh[ol]d and which copyhold'. (see also HD 1670); (ii) [An apparently distinct series of deeds 1765-1766, 1777.] Property in the same parishes held by Hon Richard Savage Nassau [de Zuylestein, 2nd son of 3rd Earl Rochford]; his wife Anne [widow of 5th Duke of Hamilton]; Sir James Dashwood of Kirklington Park (Oxfordshire) and Elizabeth his wife; Sir William Stonhouse of Radley (Berks) formerly of Kirklington
