Description:

Indenture whereby John Blythe, Elizabeth his wife, and William Blythe of Rotherham undertake to surrender the manors of Quarmby and Barnby upon Don by fine to Robert Kaye and others to be settled on the said John and Elizabeth for their lives with remainders in tail male to the said William Blythe, Anthony Blythe his brother, John Blythe younger brother of William Blythe of Lees, successively, and reversion to the heirs of John Blythe (husband of Elizabeth).

Surrender by John Kay to George Moore of all his right to lands in Quarmby accruing by the death of his daughter Dorothy who was married to Thomas Blythe, kinsman of John Blyth.
