To alleviate the misfortunes of the war, the K. of Sweden has permitted licences to be issued from Gothenburg for export of colonial articles to Denmark and Norway (except corn etc.) and importing provisions. Please inform the Commander of H.M's Naval Forces on this station so that licences may be respected.
