Lease and Release whereby, having recited: firstly, a lease and release (22nd.-23rd. Nov., 1820) whereby Jordan Well hereditaments initially hereinafter described were conveyed to the use of John Sparkes (in 1821 of Kenilworth, Warws., gent.) and Jonathan Bray (in 1821 of Coventry, silkmercer) so that a messuage occupied by Richard Bray might be held in trust for that man but it and the rest of the property be sold for the benefit of the children of Thomas [I] Bray sen.
