Ten tenements, and the wharf belonging, in Thames Street, in Allhallows-the-Less, with the ground rents payable therefrom, in occs. of Dame Sarah How, John Jeffreys, esq., and Thomas Mottershead, gent. (a) conveys the property to (b) to the use of (a) for life, with remainder to (b) to pay the rents and profits of the property to (c) during the life of her husband and, after his decease, to her use for 99 years; the freehold and inheritance of the property, subject to the said term, to the use of the said Charles O'Neal Bayles and his heirs for ever.
