Folios 432-434. Letter from Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, regarding the workhouse dietary. They enclose a copy of the dietary table for pauper children under 9 years, providing information regarding the quantities of different food stuffs to be provided at each meal, signed by Philip Gurdon, the union chairman and Vincent [James Vincent], Medical Officer.
Also enclosed is a dietary form from Wright listing ingredients for workhouse food/diet, including soup, broth porridge, gruel and puddings.
