20 Geo.III, June 27. Frederick Atherton Hindley of Twickenham, Middlesex, Esquire, to Samuel Poots of Berners Street in the parish of Saint Mary le Bone, Middlesex, Esquire (Reciting (1) that Cary Crew late of Castle Cary, Esquire, deced., by will dated 1775 Oct. 10 charged his real estate with the payment of annuities and amongst other things devised to the said Frederick one life Annuity of £40, payable out of testator's manor, messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments in the parishes of Levington, Castle Cary, Almesford or Alnsford and Ditchet, by half yearly payments, testator's Manor of Levington and estate in the said parishes being subject to payment of the said annuity with power to distrain in case of non-payment within 21 days of its being due and that testator appointed William Pew and John Fidcombe executors who proved the will in the Archdeaconry of Wells; (2) Contract between parties to the present deed for sale and purchase of the annuity for £240) for the said £240 OF the said Annuity of £40
