Theophilus Biddulph, bt, the son of Theophilus Biddulph of Birdingbury, Warwickshire, bt, was born on 28 March 1785 and baptised at East Barnet, Hertfordshire on 31 March. He was admitted to Rugby School in 1795 and matriculated at Oriel College. Oxford on 9 March 1803. Biddulph was a Lieutenant in the 6th Enniskillen Dragoons and was present at the battle of Waterloo, 1815. He married Jane Rebecca Vyner (born 2 October 1802), the daughter of Robert Vyner of Easthorpe, Warrickshire, barrister, at Wappenbury. Warwickshire on 12 April 1825. Biddulph succeeded to the baronetcy on the death of his father in 1841, his wife died at Birdingbury on 19 March 1843, he was Sheriff of Warwickshire. 1849 and he died on 15 July 1854.
