Recital of articles of agreement of 6 Nov. 1719.

 

(1) William Plowden of Plowden Esq. (2) Sarah Whitmore. Grant of the advowson of the vicarage of Lydbury also Lydbury North, and covenant to convey within 6 months on her paying the consideration money. Articles of agreement 8 Oct. 1720. (1) Sarah Whitmore (2) Samuel Oakeley on behalf of Humphrey Walcot. She covenanted to convey her rights to Walcot or his trustee. Consideration:- £50 to Sarah Whitmore. Conveyance to John Walcot and authorisation to Plowden and any other person interested in the advowson to convey it to John Walcot, in performance of the agreement made between Sarah Whitmore, and Samuel Oakeley. Signatures of Sarah Whitmore, Hum: Walcot. Witnesses:- Richard Fleming, Thomas Vaughan, Thomas Perrött.
