All the land called la Colverlande, outside the East Gate in the suburb of Exeter, lying between the lands which Robert Busse, [then follow 2 or 3 words which cannot be read] Busse, and Cecilia Speare hold on the west side, and the highway leading towards Stocdoune on the east side, in its breadth; to hold of the chief lords of the fee forever

 

Clause of warranty, offering as pledge a tenement near St. Martin's Lane on the west side, its head extending into the close of St. Peter, whomsoever it should belong to in the future
