Feoffment by John Payton of Stratford upon Avon, gentleman, to Thomas Sanders of Stratford, tanner, of 2 cottages in Hell Lane formerly in the several occupations of the widow Wright and Adams and since of Thomas Rhodes and others but then untenanted being decayed and ruinous, which descended to John Payton as the only son and heir of John Payton of Stratford, who purchased them from Shirley Woolmer in 1759 [DR192/1/2 above]; consideration £31 10s.
