Bailiff's account; beadle's account; tenant's account

 

Tremblyth: Thomas Tremayle, bailiff; fixed rents include for demesne land in Tremblyth, rent in Trenoyowe and Trethias; payment of rent, as before, but to lord of Trethowall [sic] for leat (bedum) of molend' Nowith, nothing.

 

Conertoun: John Garrek, beadle; perquisites of court include relief upon death of John Lanyeyn for 2 acres Cornish at Coyswynwulward, John Calmady at Trefrynk, Arth and Hellysvyan; stray at Deuryn; heriot upon deaths of Wolcok Trockier and John Polgwest; detailed list of decays of rents, including Porthrypter, Garrek, Nans, Fowhier, Uppeton.

 

Stikkyer, Trelowith and Trelowith Wode: account of Thomas Houper, tenant; fixed rents of Stikkier, Trelowith, and for pasture of mares (eauae) in Trelowith Wode; expenses for supervising the wood, custody of stray beasts, making 14 'virgae' of dyke around the wood, payment of rent for Stikkier to John Reskymer and for Trelowith to Michael Petyt; pension.
