Rent: 4/- yearly, payable in equal instalments, at Michaelmas and Easter.

 

Premises: Woodland and pasture in Luxborough, situated behind Bereland on the west side and the water on the east, and between the land of the priory of Dunster on the west and the woodland alongside Simon Hirlband's tenement on the north.
