LEASE for 101 years, by Robert Fulleshurst of Crue esq. to Robert Goddyar of the Wiche Malbanke, yeoman --- 1 lodge standing in a pasture in EDLASTON called Evotts croftes, now divided in 2, in the occupation of the said Robert Goddyar; to hold to the said Robert Goddyar, from the decease of Dame Katheryn Brereton, widow, late wife of Sir Roger Brereton Kt., deceased, and sometime wife of Edward Fulleshurst esq., also deceased, uncle of the said Robert, at an annual rent of 15/-.
