To make good previous contract for lease.

Premises: reversion, on deaths of Richard and John, sons of Malachy Mallack, of cottage called Whitehall and garden belonging and adjoining, containing ½ acre, and the reversion, on deaths of Judith Horner of Axminster widow and her son John, of Whitehall Close containing 1 acre, in the possession of the lessee and Judith Horner respectively.

 

Life: lessee.
