LEASE for 21 years by George James, Earl Cholmondeley, to George Hopley of Bickley, at rent of £12. 12s. p.a. ---- messuage and outbuilding with the garden and Crofts and also the Daisy Field and Meadow late part of the Pipe Tenement (in all 8½ stat. acres), and also the TYTHES of Hay, Corn, Hemp, Flax, Pigs and Geese due and arising to the said Earl from the said Lands and premises, with the gardens, lands, etc. and appurtenances.

 

Seal: red, barely legible:- armorial:- An Earl's caronet, a shield with an Inescutcheon; supporters - a vyvern and a man; motto - that of Cholmondeley. Sgd. "Cholmondeley". Parchment.
