Three pieces of fresh marsh (34a.) in Warehorne and Brensett, whereof two pieces (18a.) lie together in Warehorne abutting N.W. on street leading from Snargate to Brookland, S.W. on lands of John Bevey, late of Walter Harlackenden, S.E. on lands of John Plomer, late of Lawrence Baker, lands of the heirs of [blank] Oliver, late of Thomas Edolphe, and the lands of the heirs of John Nutt, N.E. on lands of the heirs of John Whitgift, late Archbishop of Canterbury, sometime of said Walter Harlackenden, and lands of George Phillipps, N. and N.E. on lands of the said George Phillipps; the other piece (16a.) lies in Brensett abutting S. on the street, W. on lands of the heirs of John Nutt, N. on lands of George May, brother of grantor, E. on lands of said heirs of John Nutt and to lands of Sir Anthony Mayney. Warranty by grantor against George, Reginald and Stephen May, his brothers, John May, his father, Stephen Thornherst(e), kt., and Stephen Thornherst(e), dec'd., his father, Oliver Goddard, Roger Manwood, kt., dec'd., and their heirs.
