Manors of Castle Combe, Wilts, and Oxenton, Glos, with advowson of Castle Combe church (enrolled on Close Roll, 1467). 2) Deed of 9 Feb 1467 Stephen Scrope to John Neubourgh and others named in preceding deed. John Neubourgh (who had bought the wardship and marriage of Stephen's son John) and the other feoffees were to make an estate to Stephen for his life (of Castle Combe and Oxenden) and afterwards to John Scrope [This may be 8 Hen VIII (1517) but impossible to discover]
