(i) James Fripp and Edward Bowles Fripp.

 

(ii) Charles Bowles and Ann his wife.

 

(iii) Samuel Birch, esq, Cornhill, citizen and alderman of London.

 

(iv) Henry Rivington and John Pensam, gents, London.

 

(v) Charles Bowles.

(ix) Robert Blunt, gent, Loughborough.

 

(i) with the direction of (ii) revokes all limitations of a deed of 12 May 1790 and (v) releases the premises and tithes in Quorndon (see DG9/545) to (vii) to the uses of (vii) and (viii) during the life of (vii). (iii) and (iv) assign to (ix) in trust for (vii) all those premises of James Baldwin (decd).

 

Mentioned in an indenture of 8th March 1779.
