Messuage, farm and lands called Pittford allas Pidford, p. Atherton alias Arreton, I.W., late occ. Robert Moses but now occ. [Rev.] John Worsley, with meadow ground in two severals, 2½a.

 

Piece of moory pasture ground, 8a., arable or furzey ground lying common to the King's highway, 32a., one hedgerow 1/2a., abbs. e. Pagham Farm and lane leading from it to Newport, s. tenement called Sibdown and Rookly Farm, w. River Medina, n. tenement called Champion and piece of freehold formerly in possession of Robert Moses conveyed to (3) as trustees only, life interest to Robert Worsley and Jane Holmes then to their sons successively in tail male, remainder to Frances and Margaret Worsley, daughters of John and Margaret, remainder to daughters of Robert and Jane as tenants in common, final remainder to right heirs of John Worsley.

 

Lease of messuage or tenement called Fowlesdowne, p. Newchurch, 38a., formerly part of the manor of Apse, as demised 25 July 1743 by Catherine Musgrave of Hewish, Somerset, widow, daughter of Sir John Chichester of Youiston, Devon to John Worsley for term of 99 years determinable on the deaths of his children Robert, then aged 29, Frances then aged 31 and Margaret then aged 30, assigned to (3) as trustees only, life interest to Robert Worsley and Jane Holmes, then to Frances and Margaret Holmes

 

£1,000 or Jane Holmes's own money conveyed to (3) as trustees, Robert Worsley to have interest for life and capital sum to be used as portions for younger children
