By which he devised (i) his messuage, buildings, farm, lands, herditaments, and premises called Horsehags in Billingshurst unto James Towse, his nephew; (ii) his farm, lands, tenements, hereditaments, and premises called Jackmans in Billingshurst unto John Towse, his nephew; (iii) his messuages, farm, buildings, lands, hereditaments, and premises called Andrews Hill and Oldlands in Billingshurst unto Thomas Towse, his brother; and (iv) his messuages and premises near Billingshurst Street unto Thomas Towse, his nephew. Proved at Chichester, 19 May 1784 |
