Comments on the petition which resulted in the dropping of the Navigation Bill this Parliamentary sessions. Criticises the Bill, particularly with regard to Barnby Ford and Thorp[e] Marsh, and the behaviour of the Navigators. Hopes the gentlemen in the country will make a united opposition against the Navigators.
