1. Anthony Fawcett of Crosby Ravensworth, weaver and wife Sarah.

 

2. Robert Taylor of Bank, Crosby Ravensworth, miner.

 

Premises: all that customary messuage or dwellinghouse, outhouse and garden with appurts. in village of Crosby Ravensworth, formerly estate and inheritance of late Thomas Furnas and Thomas Atkinson and wife Mary, now in occupation of (1), held of the Honourable Fulke Greville Howard as parcel of manor of Gathorne for yearly customary rent of 2s and other dues and services and also subject to payment of 4d yearly fell rent to Earl of Lonsdale.

 

Consideration: £40.

 

Witnesses: Joseph Brisco, John Taylor.

 

Endorsement: deed presented and allowed at court held 30 August 1836 before Isaac Wilson, steward of manor of Gathorn.
