Draft. Recital of settlement of 25 Aug 1835 (807/417) Cartwright the last surviving trustee died 3 May 1865, leaving a will dated 7 Jan 1865 which was proved 26 June 1865 by Anne Elizabeth Cartwright and Charles Maunder as executors. 25 March 1867 (endorsed on the settlement), 3 of the children were appointed as trustees, with a previous agreement that a covenant hereinafter contained should be entered into for indemnifying Cartwright's executors Covenant to indemnify the executors froma all actions and esp. over the use of the £2500 in purchase of the presentation.
