Cristyan Woodwarde, plt.

 

Robert Tenche for the def. David ap Reynold, appeared before the Pryncesse Counsall. Robert Tenche produced the counterpart of lease made by Christyan and her late husband Walter Woodward, to Richard Herbert, al. Churchemann for 40 years, Cristyan and Walter had had the property in fee farm of William Burley and Thomas Mytton.

 

The writings were at the granting of the lease for more indifferrency delivered, with the consent of the parties to Robert Tench's custody. Since then, Herbert had assigned to Tench. No cause of complaint for withholding the evidences. Case dismissed. Plaintiff must seek her remedy before the common law.
