William Torbok, esq. and Sir Robert Danyell of the Roodey, Sir William Norres, Thomas Venables of Kynderton, Richard Bolde, Rauf Eccleston, Rauff Ravenscroft Nicholas Haryngton, esqs. John Haydok, vicar of Huyton, and William Mercer, priest -- W.T. has enfeoffed them with the manor of Torbok, W.T. to take rents for life, and at will shall re-enfeoff his. If he dies before that can be done, then to Henry his son and heir. Margaret his daughter to have 200 marks and Jane his daughter 100 marks. To Elizabeth his sister 20 marks, John his beother an annuity of 4 marks, George his brother "one yocke of Bolokkys" to Cisly his sister 4 marks, to Anne his sister 26/8; to each servant 6 months wages.

 

Residue to his children at disposition of his wife, vicar of Huyton, Sir William Mercer, priest, and William Bret, except the bed of cloth of gold and a "sparver of white sarsnet and black" to be given to the church of Huyton to pray for the souls of himself, father, mother, and brother Sir Henry.
