By the said NATHANIEL PAINE to JOHN VERRALL TOURLE of Swanborough in Iford, yeoman, of 5 pieces of land &c. (formerly in 7 pieces) called Hilly Croft, Furzy fields, and South Budletts, containing in the whole 23 acres; all in East-Hothly and sometime purchased of James Bristed, gent. by Isaac Clapson and conveyed by him and Walter Janner, his trustee, to the said Nathaniel Paine Together with a way through a lane leading out of the highway near Hoadly Butts
