Bequeaths: to nephews Robert and John Philby (sons of brother Robert Philby decd.) £600 each; to niece Emily Cobden £250; to nephew Hugh Cobden £250; to sister Ann Guy £500; to nephew William Henry Cobden & his heirs for ever 1/3 messuage & appurtenances in Worthing and residue of personal estate and monies after settlement of debts

 

Appoints sd. William Henry Cobden sole executor with special directive that he settle paymaster's accounts as soon as possible to protect & indemnify James Martin Lloyd and Walter Burrell his [testator's] sureties in that capacity

 

Witnesses: John Price, Rd. Raper and Rd. Rasell
