Description:

(1) To be sold by the executors of the testator, the monies to be divided in sums of £50 each between Mary Hall, Ann Hewins and Elizabeth Gilkes, the residue to be used to pay debts and to be divided equally between Mary Hall, Ann Hewins, Elizabeth Gilks and William Gumley and Sarah Homers share between her children, all the abovementioned persons being children of the testator, three houses, with land, etc in Spon Street Coventry, occupied by James Pope, William Burbury and widow Buckfield (3) The share of the estate belonging to Ann Hewins is to be invested in government securities, the interest is to be paid to her for her life then to her children after her death (3) James Hall son in law of the testator and Thomas Sammons of Fletchampstead Stoneleigh farmer are appointed joint executors of the will. A formal certificate re the extract of the will is attached to the first page of the copy and the last page has a deleted draft of the witness list written at the head.
