Assignment of Annuity: Thomas Hunte of Lyndenn, co. Rutland, gent., to Sir Arthur Hasselrigge of Noseley, co. Leicester, bart., and Francis Nicholls of Faxton, co. Northampton, esq.: an annuity of £20 issuing out of a close of pasture called the Breach lying in LYNDEN which said annuity was granted to the said Thomas Hunte by virtue of an indenture made 29th May 5 Charles I between (a) Edward Hunte of Lyndenn, esq., and Anne Hunte of Lyndenn, widow (b) Thomas Levitte of Tixover, co. Rutland, esq., and Robert Kerkeham of Stamford, co. Lincoln, esq. (c) Edward Phillips of Bisbrooke, co. Rutland, gent., William Cocke of Lynden, gent., Thomas Hunte and John Hunte, brothers of the said Edward: to hold the said annuity on trust for the use of the said Thomas Hunte.
