Conveyance

 

1. Edwayn John Jeffrey Dixon late of Glanhelen, near Carnarvon now of Aberdunant in County of Carnarvon, esquire, eldest son and heir at law of John Jeffrey Dixon formerly of Earl's Mills Plympton St. Mary, deceased by Mary his wife also deceased

 

2. Lucy Cora and Mary Romeril Dixon, all of Hillside Cottage, Plymstock spinsters, daughters of said John J. Dixon and Mary his wife deceased and sisters of (1)

 

(1) holds in fee simple as heir at law of his deceased parents the Field called Lane Park Field 8 acres, and Bawcombe Slate Quarry with all appurtenances all now or late in tenure of Robert Randle and others

 

(1) now conveys all the premises to his three sisters, their survivors, heirs and assigns for ever
