Description:

Although a certiorari removed the case of Richard Hindmarsh and the bastard child of Mary Bell to the Court of King's Bench and that that court quashed the orders of the GSP against the OP and C of Longbenton pa., information on oath from Thomas Clement and Charles Selby says that Hindmarsh declared himself to be the putative father and therefore Hindmarsh is to pay 2s. Od. a week in from 8th October until the child is eight years old and then £5 to bind him apprentice.
