John duke of Norfolk, son and heir of John late duke; and his beloved cousin William Berkeley, lord of Berkeley, knight, and Joan his wife. 4 June 15 Edw. IV

 

John has granted to William and Joan the manors of Kyrkeby Malsard, Burton in Lonesdale, Thornton, Newsom, Brynde and Grybthorp in Spaldyngmore (Yorks.), for Joan's life; and has appointed John Wilmot, Thomas Dorney and Christopher Covenaunt to deliver seisin.
