For an annual payment of 19 quarters of palm-barley, payable as specified. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Given at Faversham [Kent]. Witnesses: Philip Note, mayor of Faversham; John Draylonde; Nicholas Dagh'; William Kemesle; John de Holmanston' Endorsed 'in villa de Feversham' in 14th cent hand.
