Robert Boulton of Lincoln's Inn -- "I give to my good and worthy Master Nicholas Fazakerley, Esq., the sum of fifty pounds, with which I desire he will make a present of his picture drawn at full length with a handsom frame, to the Corporation of Preston, in order to be set up in the Town Hall of the said Borough as a Memorandum that the said Corporation had once an honest Man to represent them in Parliament". To half-brother William Boulton £200 and clothes. To nephew Robert son of brother Jeffrey £100. To brother and sister-in-law John and Margaret Wilson, silver tankard and £100 each, to their 4 children £100 each. To natural son Nicholas, son of Catharine Hunt £500. To James Whalley of Inner Temple, esq., and Richard Standish of Barnards Inn, gentleman 20 guineas each. Etc. Dated 16 Nov. 1758. |
