Salop., yeoman, Ales his wife, and Nicholas Purcell, gent., one of younger sons of Thomas Purcell. Messuage called the Blackehowse, and all lands appertaining in Wolstanmynd, [Wolston?] co. Mtg. Rent : £3 5s. and 4 capons p.a. and heriot on death of Rowland Butcher, Ales and Nicholas Purcell, dying chief tenants of property. Consid : £80. Livery of seisin endorsed.
