Covenant for division of land tripartite, indented

 

1. William Walrond and William his son.

 

2. John Waltham and John Crosse.

 

William Bonevyll knight recently by his charter conceded to parties 1. and 2. a parcel of land in Borcomb i.e. a field called Estfeld lying between the King's highway and a watercourse, bounded by a certain new ditch (or mound) made by William Bonevyll, in exchange for certain common which parties 1. and 2. were accustomed to use in the lands and tenements of William Bonevyll in Borcombe.

 

Waltham, Crosse and the heirs of William Peytenyn when of full age, are to have 2 parts of the land neighbouring the ditch, the Walronds are to have 1/3 part in the further part and 10 acres from the 2 parts assigned to Waltham and Crosse.
