To Arthur Apsley (son of sister Mary, deceased) at 22, remainder to nephew John Hayman: all tenements, houses and land in Hawkhurst and Cranbrook (except the house and land called The Hole which MR bought of Thomas Hickmote

 

To sisters Katharine Austin and Margaret Hayman for life, remainder to nephews Thomas Austin and John Hayman: rents of houses and land in Sandhurst

 

To John and Henry Austin, sons of sister Katharine: house called The Hole in Cranbrook Town

 

To nephew John Robbins, son of deceased brother Henry: land in Bodiam and Bexhill, subject to John Earle's right of redemption of the copyhold in Bexhill

 

To executors: William Love's mortgage of a house and land in Rolvenden for £50

 

To niece Mary Cripse (son of sister Margaret Hayman by her husband Mr Thomas Cripse), remainder to Margaret's children John Hayman and Katherine Hayman: £100 owed by Thomas Rowe of Goudhurst on a mortgage of a messuage and land called Trewewell in Goudhurst
