Title: Additional records of the Denham Place estate and the Hill and Way families

The records in this collection are additional to the Way MSS. deposited in B.R.O. in 1952 (D/W) and 1957 (D193)

Some of the documents in the collection contain endorsements in the hands of

Sir Roger Hill (d.1729)

Major Roger Hill Way (d.1957)

These hands are both distinctive and their presence is noted in the catalogue descriptions of the documents on which they appear, although in the case of Major Way this has been done only where his endorsements give additional information

D192/27/12, 16, 25, 26 and D192/30 appear to belong to one series published by Jones and Co., Finsbury Square, London, but only some are identified and dated (1831)

D192/27/13, 19 and D192/29 appear to belong to one series, published by Tombleson and Co., Paternoster Row, London, undated

D192/27/10 and D192/21 belong to one series published by Vernor and Hood, 1805
